Owners comments:Gulinga has been a lovely family yacht sailed often locally up until the end of 2009. She is very strong and stable and has always been reliable. Since re-locating to Ireland, we have had little time to make use of her hence our decision to sell.

Accommodation

The interior of the Griffon is built almost entirely of wood; quality hardwoods and marine ply being used.
Full standing headroom in both cabins.

The accommodation is for five people in two cabins. Up forward there is a conventional Vee berth which can be converted to a double. There are large lockers under the berths and shelf stowage along the sides of the hull.
The heads is located to port and has a Jabsco marine toilet and hanging locker is opposite to starboard between the two cabins.
The saloon has settee berths each side of the central table which folds on the main bulkhead when not required. With the table in use there is enough room for up to five people to dine comfortably. The port berth will convert to a double by pulling out the frame under the berth and dropping the seat back onto it. This still leaves plenty of room for the full length quarter berth under the port cockpit seat. There are lockers under all the berths and large open lockers with fiddles under the side decks.

The galley is at the aft end of the saloon on the starboard side. this is fitted with a two burner gimballed Flavel gas stove, ice box, st.steel sink, large worktop and lockers for provisions etc.

The 15 Gallon stainless steel water tank is located under the starboard saloon berth adjacent to the galley.

GRP hull, deck and superstructure

Full hull osmosis treatment carried out in 2001 by W Partington Marine (Pwllheli). This included the removal of gelcoat, surface prep and application of 5 coats of International Gelshield.

All interior foam cushions replaced in 2002
Saloon headlininig repaired in 2002/3
Engine regularly serviced by owner.
