Accommodation
Stepping through the large sliding door and down the good sized, well angled steps, brings you into a bright and roomy open plan interior. To starboard there is a comfortable dinette area with ample seating that also converts to become a double berth. To port is a functional galley, forward of which is the well designed heads compartment. Straight ahead, though double doors, is the master cabin with a generous island berth, hanging locker and under bed storage. The midships cabin benefits from its own door, standing room inside for dressing, a hanging locker and a good sized double berth.

Deck:
The Helm is very well laid out with a lot of attention having been paid to the ergonomic design. The chartplotter lies straight ahead of the wheel with an ST60 tridata for depth and speed to the left. The engine dials are situated to the left and right to correspond to the appropriate engine, and the electronic controls are in the perfect natural position for the skipper. Also easily to hand is the bow thruster and the VHF. There is a drop down step at the helm to allow the skipper to stand and look over the screen. This boat has all you require for safe offshore cruising in all weather conditions.

The whole design of this boat has been given the normal Jeanneau attention to detail, but with always the safety of the skipper and crew at the forefront. There is an area on the bathing platform dedicated for liferaft storage, there is easy access to the port side decks from steps leading up from the cockpit and grab rails are always to hand. The stainless steel stanchions, rails and bow pulpit are a good height extend right to the back of the radar arch. It is an easy step off the boat to either side and the large teak bathing platform allows even easier access when mooring stern to. The teak continues through the cockpit, within which is access to the lazerette through two independant hatches and access to the engine rooms via elctro-hydraulic rams. The open cockpit also boast a very large semi-circular seating area with two removable tables that combine to form a large table that also drops down to form a sunbed. The pick of the seating in a generous lounger that looks aft and offers shelter and comfort.

Mechanical:
The 3.7-litre D4-225hp diesel engine features the latest technology all of which is controlled and monitored by Volvo Penta's electronic platform EVC (electronic vessel control). The engine has common rail fuel injection system, double overhead camshafts, 4 valves per cylinder, turbocharger, compressor, and aftercooler. The interaction of these, the large swept volume, and the EVC system results in exceptional diesel performance combined with low emissions. The engine is extremely compact for its high output. This boat will achieve approximately 32-34 knots top speed at 3500rpm and will happily cruise at 25kts at 3000rpm. The fact that her sterndrives are set fairly far apart means that she will behave more like a shaft driven boat when performing close quarters manoeuvring. Her elecronic EDC controls provide exceptionally smooth and precise throttle control and in addition to this her bowthruster simply adds to her ease of handling.
