The Invader 22 mk2, Is the perfect single handed or family sailing cruiser,combining very good sailing capability with robust constuction and an Outboard engine for a safe small family cruiser, which is ideal for weekends away or day trips.

Accommodation
There are 4/5 berths in two cabins.
The forecabin has 1x full plus 1x 3/4 berths with storage under.
Main Cabin has 1x Double berth and 1x quarter berth.
A Blakes sea toilet has recently bee installed in its own seperate compartment.
The galley includes a 2 ring gas hob, Stainless steel sink and work surface.
The main saloon has a table and seetees, seating 4 comfortably.
The carpet and upholstery are clean and in decent order.
The Headlining is also in perfect order.
She has internal lighting and good storage throughout.

Mechanical and Rigging

Rugged and well bult uxilliary sloop with twin bilge keels, 5 berths and standing headroom, she was built by Iles of Norbury to a David Feltham design as a successor to the popular and successful snapdragon 22.
Dawn is a dependable, dry and safe small family cruiser with excellent sailing qualities and good accommodation. The standing rigging and foresail have recently been renewed and a new Yamaha 4hp fourstroke outboard engine has now been fitted instead of the old Kubota Inboard.
She is antifouled with International Micron Extra.
