Remarks :
At GBP£ 125,000.00 this Bavaria Vision 40 is a lot of Yacht and equipment for a price you would expect to pay for a 39 foot Boat .Unfortunately the owner had to cut short his plans of an extended Med cruise due to illness which has forced him to return to the UK leaving the boat in Majorca, to be returned to the UK for sale.

Accommodation
Built to the standard Bavaria Layout She has 6 berths in 3 Cabins with the Master cabin being in the Bows and 2x guest/ crew doubles in the Stern.

The main saloon is layed out with Galley to Port and Heads with Shower to Starboard.
The central area has the Table wit "Wrap round" seating on the Port side and Navigation Station and a bench Settee on the Starboard side with door through to Forecabin which is very spacious with good Locker space.
Through out the boat there is ample stowage lockers and spaces for all equipment and provisions.

Mechanical and Rigging
Constructed in GRP She has a white Hull and Teak decking and was fitted out as the Southampton Boatshow boat for 2006, where our client bought Her and had Her commissioned in November 2006.
The Hull had 4 coats of "Coppercoat" in June 2007 and an extra 2 coats in September 2009.
She has a Lead Keel and Skeg Rudder with Wheel Steering.
She is powered by a Volvo Penta 55 with a Sail Drive Leg and has about 300 hours on Her.
The controls are all by the Helm in the cockpit.
The Last Service on the Engine was done in August 2009 with another one planned for this Winter in Gibralter.
The Tankage is all in Plastic and cosists of:
a/ 210 Litre Diesel Tank
b/ 2x 210 Litre Fresh Water Tanks
c/ 1x Holding (Grey) water tank. Approx 30 Litres.
The sails are as standard Bavaria supply but the Genoa has a reflecting Sun strip.

There is also a catcher bag and lazyjack for the main and a third reef point in main too.

Th pole for running down wind is rigged to the cockpit.

Inventory

The Radar/ plotter and VHF are situated by the Helm position with the compass mounted on the centre consol.

There is an abundance of equipment that comes with this boat suitable for extended cruising in the med.
3x Bavaria Fire extinguisers (in need of testing)
A set of Bungs, Flares, Lifejackets, Dan Buoy, and horseshoe buoy with line, Sago 4 man container liferaft, Bolt croppers, shore lead, Ropes and fendes, 2x Dinghys; 1x GRP on bow with oars rowlocks and anchor and 1x inflatable 3.5 person with 3.3 mercury.
A 1.5kw honda generator hard wired into a box at Stern.
4x extra cleats (2x forward and 2x t stern).
s/s open washboard for med with nets to all hatches.
Footpump for water and pressure systems.
Extra fuse panel,
The forward cabin has a £700 firm matress with slats under the bed whilst he others have mesh.
The Galley has an inverted cooker/microwaveand grill(1000w on shore power only).
A chest fridge which needs servicing.
A full canvas cockpit cover and stella umbrella, cockpit cushions, spray hood.
There i an extra winch handle and pockets for all.
