Broker Remarks

Designed by Fred Parker, built by Langstone Marine. Repainted in 2004 plus anti-slip paint on decks. Re-upholstered in 2001 (4" foam) Fast, responsive and very pretty cruiser/racer ideal for Solent cross channel excursions. She has been refurbished below and makes a good all round balance between comfort and performance.

Accommodation

Five berths in two cabins and WC. Galley: 2 Burner cooker with grill. Cutlery & crockery. Stainless steel sink plus fresh water pump.

Mechanical and Rigging

1 x Yanmar 1GM10, Diesel 9 Hp installed new in winter 96/97. Engine serviced in 2005 and new alternator fitted.New propeller fitted in November 2005.Wheel rod steering plus auxillary tiller Top speed: 5 knots, cruise speed: 4 knots Fuel: 36.5 Litres Water: 50 Litres Batteries: 2 x 12V Batteries, 60/70 Amp/hr and switching system Kemp alloy spars. Slab reef mainsail. Hanked headsail. Stainless steel rigging, polyester running rigging. Spinnaker pole, rope kicking strap, stainless steel rope self jammer backstay adjsuter. Sails: Main, Genoa, Working Jib, Storm Jib, Spinnaker.

Inventory

E/S Seafarer 3, Nasa log and speed ( new 2005), Radar reflector, New Silva grid compass in binnacle. 2 x Lewmar winches, and 2 x Gibb winches and 1 x mast winch. Pushpit/pulpit and stainless steel guardrails, 3 x original Barton mooring cleats and 2 x sliding Barton mooring cleats on Genoa track amidships. 15lb CQR anchor with 3/8th inch chain. 4 x Fenders and mooring warps, Stainless steel boarding ladder fixed to stern. Electric bilge pump. Lifebuoy, safety harness, stainless steel jackstay lines, 3 x fire extinguishers. 2-Man inflatable dinghy, oars and foot pump
