Broker Remarks

Launched in December 2004, this vessel is less than a year old. She has been extremely lightly used and has been meticulously maintained by the current owner. Immaculate in every respect, she is as new and ideal for those contemplating ordering a new Sea Angler 22. The finish and equipment level are excellent. The vessel is currently afloat and available for immediate inspection.

Accommodation

Forward cabin provides two full size "V" berths with infill making a large double berth with substantial stowage beneath. The interior cabin is fitted out in teak and teak laminate. Additional features include carpets, curtains, halogen lighting, heating outlet, teak storage shelves, opening hatch, and access to the chain locker which is located forward of the berths. Generous headroom through out. A manual sea toilet is located beneath the port side berth in the forward cabin and may be set to pump to sea or to a holding tank. The sea toilet is fully functional but is yet to be used by the current owner. The extended wheelhouse is fully enclosed. Access is provided from the cockpit by means of a single door. Within there are sliding windows port and starboard, as well as a drop window in the aft bulkhead. There is a small galley comprising of a two burner gas stove and grill, stainless steel sink with manual water pump, work surface, and teak storage cupboard. Adjacent to the galley, to starboard lies a settee providing seating for up to three adults. In addition there is a removable teak table which is mounted on an adjustable stainless steel pedestal. The helm position is located to port and offers an adjustable pedestal seat and footrest. The wheelhouse has curtains and is fully carpeted. There is also an additional heating outlet as well as a teak chart locker. The external cockpit area is self-draining and provides seating for 4 adults. There is a draining gas locker and two further lockers under the aft bench seating. The cockpit floor is covered in light grey treadmaster. The side of the cockpit is finished with teak lining slats.

Mechanical and Rigging

Perkins Sabre M65, 67 HP, 4 cylinder naturally aspirated 3.0 litre direct injection diesel engine. Only 32 engine hours. Maximum speed 8 knots. Cruising speed 6 knots. ZF Hurth Marine gearbox, stainless steel shaft with 3 bladed prop. The fuel tank is located beneath the wheelhouse sole (55 gallons) and the water tank (45 litres) beneath the galley.
