Remarks :
The Landau 20 Cruiser, built by Hunter Boats for the Landau Launch Company, won a 1998 motorboat design competition. "Way To Go" is a well cared for example with full documentation, including all equipment manuals. A January 2009 Survey Report is available for inspection.  The 60hp Mariner outboard engine on this Landau 20 Cruiser has just been serviced and the hull has been freshly polished and anti-fouled.

Accommodation
Two settee berths, with removable saloon table. There is good storage above the settees.
The galley comprises a stainless steel sink, with manual fresh water pump, with a louvered door to the under-sink locker. There is a twin burner gas stove with a locker below.
Ship's electric switch panel. Overhead cabin light.
The current owner has fitted a Jabsco sea toilet in the fore-peak, which has a an opening overhead deck hatch. Teak-faced bulkhead, with fresh water tank behind.
The soft furnishings are upholstered in a striped material and are in good condition.

Mechanical and Rigging
The Landau 20 Cruiser is built in GRP and is based on a unique hull form designed by top yacht designer David Thomas. The revolutionary twin tunnel, or cathedral, shaped hull offers excellent stability, along with the benefit of minimizing wash at all speeds.

Engine
60 HP Mariner 4-stroke, with electric trim/tilt.
Auxiliary engine is a Suzuki 4 HP, located on a transom-mounted bracket.
Twin fuel tanks (plastic) are secured in the locker beneath the cockpit sole. There is a third plastic petrol tank for the auxiliary outboard.
Main engine instruments comprise a Rev Counter and Trim Indicator.

Inventory
Navman fishfinder (including depth and log); compass.
The current owner has fitted a Garmin GPSmap 450 chart plotter.
Navigation lights.
4 life jackets; jointed auxiliary outboard tiller; toolkit; fenders; anchor with chain and warp. There are 2 1kg fire extinguishers in the saloon.
