Construction:
Built in 1970 to a design by David Thomas. This yacht is one of only four ketch-rigged versions of the Elizabethan 31.

Accommodation:
The aft cabin has two single berths, with a shelf dividing them. There is storage in the two lockers aft. Access to the stern tube is via the aft cabin sole. Entry is from the deep centre cockpit from where there is also entry forward to the main saloon.
The cockpit has lockers port and starboard with good easy access to the engine below the cockpit sole. Also in the port locker is the engine control panel and bilge pump.
The saloon has a dinette (convertible to double berth) to port. Headroom in the saloon is about 2m and this height extends forward into the focsle.
The longitudinal galley is to starboard and features a Super Calor Gas cooker, stainless steel sink with pumped fresh and sea water. There is a good sized cool box and plenty of storage space
The heads to port has a Lavac sea toilet plus a wash basin. There is a hanging locker to starboard.
The forecabin also has two single berths and shelf storage. In the centre is the chain pipe tube leading from the deck to the chain locker.
