Construction:
GRP hull and deck with a long iron keel bolted to the hull bottom.The hull is stiffened internally by bulkheads and bonded in furniture. Mast support is by 4 stainless steel compression tubes connected by stainless plates across the deck head. The rudder is transom hung and is tiller steered.
The large cockpit has four lockers and a large engine hatch. A new sole in Iroko was added in 2007. A seperate gas locker drains overboard to port.

Accommodation:
Open plan cabin with four berths; a double in the forpeak and berths each side. Fully upholstered in pale blue / green velour. Cabin roof is timber lined. Cabin sole has a new floor mat. Portholes in the forepeak and there is a large forehatch. Lockers below the side benches and double shelves along both cabin sides. Interior lights. The fuse box and switch panel are located on the aft bulkhead.
The galley area has a 2-burner Plastimo Neptune 2500 hob and grill (new 2007). New (2007) gas sniffer pen. There is a stainless steel sink to port with flexible water tank and external filler; footpump. The sink seacock was renewed 2007 with new hose and circlips. Cutlery, crockery, pots and pans are included. Below the hob is an electric coldbox refrigerator. A cockpit dining table stows behind the companionway steps.

Over �2000 has been spent on refitting this smart little cruiser since the owners bought her in October 2006. A survey in 2004 concluded that: "the hull and structure was essentially sound". There is a RNLI safety check 2007.
Much time and care has been spent bringing the boat up to its current good condition. She is only for sale due to a change in circumstances. If you are looking for a well found and well presented small coastal cruiser then this one would be well worth a look.
