Construction:
The hull is hand laided up using chopped strand mat and roving fabric with a foam core and features reinforcement stringers glassed in and extra lamination around the keel area. The cast iron fin keel with bulb is bolted securely to the hull and the rudder is a semi-eliptical spade. Steering is via a wheel which operates cables to the quadrant on the rudder stock. The top sides are white gel coat as is the deck with moulded nonslip areas. All furniture is teak and teak faced ply.

Accommodation:
This is a 3-cabin version with the owners cabin forward with large double berth with slats for extra comfort and storage below. The forward heads is ensuite and features a sea toilet and wash basin. There is a double hanging locker and 2 lockers. There are 2 reading lights as well as deckhead lights.
The other two cabins are aft and each has a hanging locker as well as plenty of locker space.
The saloon is large and airy. The table with adequate fiddles all round is offset to starboard with seating all round as there is space for 6 diners in comfort. A smll LCD TV is located to starboard of the seating area. The blue upholstery was professionally renewed in 2004.
The galley is longitudinal and to port with a new (2007) Nelson Spinflow cooker with 2 burners, oven and grill. There are two stainless steel sinks with hot and cold pumped water plus a cold water filter (2007).
There is plenty of storage to port and starboard including a refrigerator.
The navigation are is to starboard with a forward facing nav table. All instrumentation, including the electrics switch panel is outboard.
The aft heads to port has a sea toilet, hand basin and shower.
All the fire extinguishers (total 6) have been updated in the last 2 years.
The Eberspacher heater is new (2007) with 4 outlets and insulated ducting and a 7-day timer.
A new cockpit table was fitted 2006. Smoke detectors and LED lighting have been added.

Engines and Tankage:
A Volvo Penta MD2030 29hp Diesel is installed driving through a saildrive unit.
Cooling is indirect with a calorifier to supply hot water. The seals were renewed in 2004 and the engine last serviced december 2006.

Sails and Spars:
The bermudan sloop 7/8 rig has Selden spars setting Elvstrom sails. The main is slab reefed and the genoa is roller reefed.
Lazy jacks and a sail stackpack system is fitted.
An inner forestay was added in 2006 to fly a storm sail.
Spare mainsail and genoa have been valeted and not used since

Equipment:
Primary winches are Harken self-tailers.
$ secondary winches are also Harken selftailers - 2 on the cockpit coaming and 2 in the coachroof.
Bower anchor is a CQR with approximately 50m of chain.
There are sufficient fenders and mooring warps.

Remarks:
This is a very well fitted out version of this popular cruiser.The present owners have updated much of the equipment and added to the specification. The boat is lived aboard and consequently much attention has been given to safety and comfort on board.
The owners say the boat sails extremely well and has a safe and easy motion at sea.
