Remarks: The Landau concept is based on a unique hull form designed by top yacht designer David Thomas. The revolutionary ‘twin tunnel’ shape offers uncompromised stability along with the benefit of producing minimal wash at all speeds. The conventional bow profile opens out to present wake eating tunnels. The wash created by the bow section is swallowed into the tunnels and released at the transom with virtually no wash at speeds of up to 8 knots. The ‘twin tunnel ‘shape gives the stability that you would normally expect from a multihull. In her static trim she feels stiff to move about on and when cornering she does so on a completely even keel, unlike conventional motor boats that heel dramatically through tight turns.
This particular boat is one of the earlier Mark IIs with the strengthened transom that allows the use of the 90hp engine. It has been carefully looked after and is in very good condition. She is an ideal weekender and has been cruised along the South coast including 2-week holidays.
Wetline 3-person dinghy (2004)with Tohatsu 3.5hp outboard (2004)may be available by negotiation.
