Construction:
A sloop rigged yacht fitted with twin external ballast keels and a transom hung tiller operated rudder. The vessel is constructed of GRP hull moulding and balsa cored deck moulding with interior fitments of faced ply and hardwood cappings. Hull has been abrasive blasted and filled and faired with epoxy filler. Then primed and 2 coats of SFE epoxy applied followed by primer and antifoul (April 2003).

Accommodation:
Forecabin has twin 'V' berths with infill to make a good sized double. Seperate heads to port with Lavac marine WC and washbasin with cold water supply. Opposite is a good sized hanging locker/ storage bin.
The saloon measures 2.85m by 3.2m with two berths. The starboard berth converts easily to a double. There is ample storage space behind the back rests. Headroom throughout is at least 1.85m. The table has two leaves that fold independently to allow both side benches to be used for dining. 4 reading lights. Radio with twin speakers. The galley is to starboard by the hatchway and has a two burner Flavel Vanessa cooker with grill and oven. The stainless steel sink with hot and cold pressurised water, is adjacent to the companionway step which doubles as a work surface. Insulated cool box. There is ample stowage for cutlery, crockery and food supplies.
The navigation table is to port, forward facing with chart stowage; instruments to hand and a navigator's white light. Aft of the chart table is a large quarter berth with stowage below and a shelf.
Soft furnishings are in reasonably good condition.
The cabin sole is teak and holly.The perspex forward hatch has some crazing as do the side windows.

Equipment:
Primary winches are Lewmar 30 two-speed with cleats alongside.
Secondary winches on coach-roof is Lewmar 10 single-speed.
Stainless steel pushpit and pulpit with twin stainless steel guardrails.
Dodgers and sprayhood and mainsail cover
25lb CQR bower anchor with 27m x 6mm chain.
Fisherman's anchor and warp
2 x horseshoe lifebuoys

240v shore cable and 2 x domestic 13amp square pin plugs

Remarks:
This is a good example of this very popular cruising yacht. The engine is very new, the hull sound and epoxied and the rigging well in date. The sails are serviceable. The only real downside is the headlinings. The forpeak headlining needs replacement now and the saloon linings are evidently drooping. The boat is priced taking the condition of the linings into account.
