Accommodation:
2 berths in main cabin, quarterberth and childs berth in forepeak.  Table seats 4.   2-ring Plastimo gas hob/grill (new 2003). Hand-pumped cold water. Blake Baby marine toilet in forepeak.
Navigational Aids:
Seafarer echosounder, Autohelm 1000 autopilot, Sestrel compass, VHF masthead aerial.  Walker trailing log available if required.
Engines and Tankage:
1 Bukh DV10 10hp diesel engine, overhauled 2003 and regularly serviced.
Fuel: 6 gallons in stainless steel tank (new 2001).
Water: 25 gallons in twin flexible tanks.
2 batteries - service (75 AH and new 2003)  and domestic (approx 80 AH), 30 amp alternator.
Sails and Spars:
Masthead sloop rig with twin forestays.  Proctor aluminium mast, pine boom.  Southern tan mainsail (2001), Nos 1,2 and 3 genoas, storm sail.
Equipment:
Gibb primary winches, CQR 25lb anchor with 180' 5/16 chain, Danforth 15lb secondary anchor with 10' chain and 100' nylon warp, warps and fenders, sail cover 2 manual bilge pumps, spare tiller. Bathing ladder, beaching legs,  boat hook. Navigation, deck and cabin lights. Fire extinguishers (dry powder) in cabin and engine bay. Cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.
Remarks:
Originally built by David Blake of Kimber & Blake for his own use.  In her current ownership since 1975, she performs well to windward and has proved safe in F6 winds and above.  She dries out happily on her legs in sandy harbours and is easily sailed single handed. Always wintered ashore.  Delivery by sea in the South West of England or Wales can be arranged.
