Sails and Spars:
Silver anodised mast and boom with In mast furling and roller furling to genoa, Rigid kicker/vang pole. Sails are all year 2000 and are in good condition :- Furling main- Jenneau 130% genoa - Jeanneau, 140% Genoa - Sanders,

Equipment:
Stainless steel bow and stern rails, stanchions with double lifelines, Foredeck anchor locker with electric anchor windlass with Delta anchor, chain and warp, Bow roller, Bow stern and central spring mooring cleats. Life line points on the bow, side decks and cockpit. Teak grab rails on coach roof, Escape hatches to the saloon and forward cabin. Sail control lines run aft to the cockpit with jammers and winches. Spinaker equipment is fitted but as yet un used. Large cockpit with 2 deep lockers, lazarette lockers with gas (overboard drained) lockers. Leather covered stainless steel wheel Cockpit table and drop down helm seat. Bathing platform with shower and swim ladder. Spray hood with S?Steel fram and intergral grab rail, Mooring warps and fenders.

Remarks:
A regularly used and immaculate example of the owners version SO 37. Well maintained and ready to go. The owners are moving up to a larger boat.(please note that the name is to be retained )
