Construction:
Built in 1982 by Tillotson Pearson in Newport, Rhose Island and delivered new to UK & commissioned September 1983. GRP hull, deck and superstructure with Bruyzeel west epoxy ply doghouse, transom hung rudder, fin keel, bolts tested 2001, Edson wheel steering plus emergency tiller.

Accommodation:
Sleeps 5 in 1 double and 3 single berths, headroom 6'. The interior is in ash with burgundy velour upholstery. Centreline gimballed saloon table and forward facing chart table. Galley with new Equator 2 burner stainless steel cooker with oven, deep stainless steel sink and very large fridge/freezer. Heads compartment with sea water toilet and washbasin.

Navigational Aids:
Ritchie steering compass, Kenyon log/speed, Kenyon depth, Garmin 1320XL GPS, Raymarine wind, speed direction (2007), VHF, JRC radar, Navico wheelpilot.Monitor wind vane self steering.

Engines and Tankage:
Beta 28hp 3 cylinder diesel new 2006 together with new 3 bladed propeller. Fuel capacity 20 gallons and fresh water 72 gallons in 2 tanks. 12v electrics from 3 x 110 amp/hr batteries charged from engine driven alternator. Wired for 240v shorepower. Adverc charging regulator and battery monitor. All electric system re-wired since 1999. Hot water from calorifier (99) plus immersion heater. Water system pressurised plus manual back up.

Sails and Spars:
Black carbon fibre freestanding masts with black anodised alloy booms, synthetic running rigging. Slab reefing to main and mizzen. Fully battened main and mizzen new 2005. Mizzen staysail. Drop in sail covers and lazyjack system. Barient ST main and halyard winces, Arco ST mizzen winch (99) & 2 Arco reefing winches(99)

Equipment:
44lb Bruce anchor with 30m chain and spare CQR anchor with chain and warp. Arco electric anchor windlass new2000, electric anchor wash. Stainless steel boarding ladder, Gas and carbon monoxide alarm, radar reflector, Sony CD/radio, navigation lights, 2 horseshoe lifebuoys, Danbuoy and light, electric and manual bilge pumps, various warps and fenders, Edson teak folding cockpit table, cockpit cushions (03), wheel/pedastal cover, cutlery and crockery, fire extinguishers, clock and barometer, jackstays, fly screen for opening ports.

Remarks:
In current ownership since 2002 with major refit in 99/2000. She is beautifully presented and has obviously been well looked after in her current and former ownerships. Viewing is highly recommended.
