6 berths comprising 2 berths in forecabin, port dinette area double, starboard settee/single berth and port quarter berth. Heads compartment with sea water toilet (new). Galley with 2 burner cooker, grill and oven, stainless steel sink. Chart table pulls out from quarter berth. |

Steering compass, VHF, sumlog, Lawrence integrated chart plotter and fish finder (2005). Autopilot. |
Engines and Tankage:
Volvo 7.5 hp diesel totally reconditioned in 2004, with saildrive, recent new seals to saildrive(2005). 2 x 12v batteries. 12gallons fuel and 12 gallons water. |
Sails and Spars:
Alloy mast and boom, spinnaker pole. New standing 2004. New mainsail 2006, furling genoa, new lazy jacks and main stow. Spinnaker, No.1,2,3, storm jib. |

Lifebuoy and light, manual bilge pump, fire blanket, fire extinguisher, various fenders and warps, anchor and chain, dodgers, sprayhood, radar reflector, inflatable, excellent galvanised cradle. Flares. |
Remarks:
A well known family sailer she is in good condition and has been well looked after. All anti-fouling was removed in 2005 and the underwater hull is in good condition. New windows fitted 2008. Owner looking to purchase a larger boat. |
