Accommodation:
7 berths in 3 cabins. Forecabin with infil for double berth, saloon with port settee converting to a double and single settee/berth to starboard ( both saloon berths with lee cloths), aft cabin with double berth and 2 opening lights to cockpit. Galley with 2 burner gas cooker, grill and oven, 2 stainless steel sinks with H & C, refrigerator. Heads compartment with toilet, H & C water and shower with pump out. The headling has been totally replaced throughout the boat (06) and the saloon windows removed/resealed (06). Teak and holly flooring.

Navigational Aids:
2 Plastimo compasses, hand held compass, Apelco GPS GXL1100, Mariner depth and alarm, Aquamarine 5600 VHF, Autohelm 2000 autopilot, Autohelm ST50 wind/speed/direction, depth, log and speed.

Engines and Tankage:
Volvo 2002 18hp 2 cylinder diesel. 3 x 12v batteries charged by engine driven alternator and Rutland wind generator. Wired for 240v shore power with 3 13amp sockets. 15 gallons diesel and 2 x 40 gallons fresh water. hot water from calorifier with immersion heater.

Sails and Spars:
Alloy mast, boom and spinnaker pole. 2 mainsails,1 racing, 1 cruising, No1 and No2 genoas both only ever used for 2 weeks, No1/No2 genoas in dacron, working jib, storm jib, 2 spinnakers, mainsail cover. Barlow 25 halyard and Barlow 27 sheet winches.

Equipment:
2 x 35lb CQR anchors plus 30m chain, Monitor wind vane with 3 vanes and full spares kit, clock and barometer, bosuns chair, boathooks, bathing ladder, warps and fenders, sprayhood, jackstays, 4 adult harnesses, 2 childrens harnesses, Danbuoy, 2 lifebuoys, bilge pump, Avon inflatable with 2hp Suzuki, winter cradle. Kenwood radio/cassette player.

Remarks:
This yacht is comprehensively inventoried and most suitable for cruising. She was professionally peeled and epoxied in 2005 using International products. The headlining has been totally replaced throughout the boat last year. She is marina berthed near St Malo and the berth is available, yearly charge �735. Hi-speed ferry to St Malo from Poole and flights from Bristol to Dinard from 1p!!!
