Accommodation:
Forward cabin with V double berth, side shelving and 2 sail lockers. Heads compartment to port with Lavac sea toilet, washbasin,shower, 2 large hanging locker to starboard. Saloon with port and starboard saloon seats/berths ( the port settee pulls out for a double berth). Galley to starboard with microwave, cool box/freezer, pressurised hot and cold water system plus manual cold water to galley. Large chart table/navigation area to port with 2 x 12v sockets. Aft cabin with 2 berths with storage above and below each berth. Teak and holly floor in saloon. Ample locker storage throughout the boat.

Navigational Aids:
Steering compass, log, depth, Sailor VHF. ST 3000 autopilot.

Engines and Tankage:
Mercedes 4 cylinder 42hp diesel driving a 3 bladed propeller fitted with a rope cutter. The engine was totally overhauled by Pro-marine in 2005 and there is another engine for spares if ever required. 2 x 12v batteries charged by engine driven alternator, Sterling battery management sysyem. New calorifier and new water pump 2005. Wired for 240v shore power with ring main 2006. 35 gallons diesel in 1 stainless steel tank, 45 gallons fresh water ditto.

Sails and Spars:
Alloy main and mizzen mast with alloy booms and alloy spinnaker pole. Stainless steel standing rigging, all renewed on mizzen, new bottlescrews throughout. Furlex type B MkII furling foresail and slab reefing to main. 2 mainsails, new genoa 2006 + spare, cruising shute, mizzen sail, new main and mizzen covers.

Equipment:
Hydrovane wind steering, stainless steel single arm davit, bathing platform, horseshoe lifebuoy and light, boarding ladder, warps and fenders, manual anchor windlass, CQR anchor with 35m new chain,Bruce anchor with chain, 2 bilge pumps, sprayhood, boathook, Yamaha 2hp outboard. Navigation lights ( new anchor light and new tri-colour). Stainless steel deck mounted arm for wind generator.

Remarks:
This is an extremely well kept example of this spacious cruiser. Her hull was grit blasted and professionally epoxied 2006 with new primer and anti-foul. The headlining was replaced and the interior woodwork sanded and re-varnished in silk coat and she looks exceptionally smart both below and on deck. She should give many further years of good service and viewing is highly recommended.
