Forecabin with large double berth, saloon with double and single berth, aft cabin with large double berth. Chart table with forward facing seat, galley to starboard with 2 burner gas cooker and oven ( 2003)stainless steel sinks, refrigerator (2003). Large heads compartment with Jabsco (2003)toilet, washbasin, shower. Eberspacher twin outlet heating.

Navigational Aids:
ICS Nav6 plus navtext (2002), Simrad RD68 GMDSS VHF( 2002), Furuno 1621 radar, ST4000 autopilot (2003), Garmin 128 GPS, Autohelm ST50 wind speed/direction plus cockpit repeater, Autohelm ST50 Tridata plus repeater, Star Nav cockpit repeater, binnacle compass, hand bearing compass.

Engines and Tankage:
Volvo 2040 diesel fitted new 2003. 3 x 12v batteries each 70 amp/hr. Adverc battery management system (2003). Wired for 240v shore power with mains battery charger, RCD trip (all 2002). New switch panel and boat rewired throughout 2002. 50 ltr diesel tank and 2 x 120 ltr water tanks. Pressurised water system with calorifier for hot water plus immersion heater.

Sails and Spars:
Alloy mast, boom and spinnaker pole. Stainless steel standing rigging, removeable inner forestay. 2 mainsails and 2 genoas ( 1 set 2000, the other 2003) spinnaker, storm jib and tri-sail. 2 x Lewmar 44's, 3 x Enkes 20, 1 x Lewmar 30 winches

12kg Bruce with 40m chain and 12kg Danforth with 10m chain and 35m rope, jackstays, 8 man liferaft with hydrostatic release, flares, Dan buoy, horseshoe lifebuoy with light, MOB recovery system, fog horn, navigation shapes, emergency tiller, 5 fire extinguishers, fire blanket, wooden deadlights, drogue anchor, stainless steel transom ladder, outboard bracket, fenders, warps, ensign and staff, portable water hose, sprayhood, dodgers, boom cover. Bilge pumps. Spare diesel can. JVC radio/CD stereo plus 4 speakers.

Remarks:
A most comprehensively outfitted boat that is in first class condition. These boats are renowned for their excellent sailing abilities and the build quality is obvious upon inspection as the fittings and fixtures are immensely strong. Viewing is highly recommended.
