Heads compartment to starboard with sea water toilet and washbasin, galley to port with 2 burner gas cooker and grill, stainless steel sink and top loading coolbox fitted with Isotherm unit. Aft cabin with large double berth. Good locker stowage throughout.

Navigational Aids:
Furuno GPS GP 30-35, VHF, Nasa Navtex, depth/log/wind all by Stowe. Plastimo steering compass. Autohelm 2000 autopilot.

Engines and Tankage:
Volvo 18hp diesel driving a 2 bladed propeller and fitted with a rope cutter. 2 x 12v batteries charged by engine alternator. 25ltrs diesel and 50 ltrs water

Sails and Spars:
Alloy mast and boom, spinnaker pole. Mainsail and furling genoa both good by Sonstad, furler to foresail. Barbarossa winches. Mainsail cover.

Fire extinguishers, fire blanket, horseshoe lifebuoy with light, stainless steel transom ladder, various warps and fenders, sprayhood with zipped attachable overall cockpit tent cover, new guardwires, jackstays, radar reflector, manual and electric bilge pump, anchor and chain.

Remarks:
A very nicely presented Arcadia with teak and hooly flooring, new headlining throughout and very smart upholstery. She has been well maintained and looked after. Viewing highly recommended.
