Master cabin forward with double berth, small L shaped settee, en-suite with separate shower cubicle.  Saloon with seating to starboard with the engine underneath the 2 seater settee on the centerline.  Galley to port with 2 burner gas cooker, grill and oven, top loading coolbox with low amperage plate cooler, 2 stainless steel sinks.  Port aft cabin with double berth and navigation station at the front of the cabin and starboard aft cabin with 2 single berths. Aft starboard heads with sea toilet, washbasin and shower.  Excellent locker and hanging space throughout the boat. Refleks diesel heater

Volvo MD22 59hp with stainless steel shaft to Maxprop (feathering).  Ericson engine powered cetrifugal bilge pump (10,500 g.p.h.) 7 x 12v Lucas batteries charged by engine alternator and 240v battery charger, Adverc management system fitted.  Morven 30 amp battery charger. Wired for 240v.     40 gallon stainless steel fuel tank.  70 gallon and 45 gallon stainless steel and plastic fresh water tanks.  Calorifier with immersion heater. Presurised hot and cold water plus manual system.  Many engine spares including alternator, lift pump etc, 
Sails and Spars:
Kemp alloy spars with oversize 10mm stainless steel standing rigging. Slab reefed mainsail and Harken twin head foil furling gear for both headsails. carbon fibre spinnaker pole. Mainsail with lazy jacks and cover,  3 genoas (150%, 140% & 100%), staysail,  spinnaker,  trysail, asymmetric furling light weather headsail.

Remarks:
This boat must really be viewed to fully appreciate the quality of fit out by Tony Williams of Wadebridge. The teak venneer with solid teak trim is faultless and the whole interior has a superb finish.  The engine is on the centerline underneath the saloon settee in a soundproof compartment which is not only easy to get at but also enhances the sailing performance of the boat with this central weight over the keel. Viewing is essential.
