Accommodation:
Huge aft cabin with door to port head/shower with sea toilet, washbasin etc. Saloon with large dining table that converts to a double berth and a settee/berth to starboard. Forecabin with Vee double berth with infil.  Galley to starboard with 3 burner gas hob, grill and oven, large stainless steel sink with H & C, top opening refrigerator. Access forward and aft can either be through the galley or the heads.  An amazing amount of locker space throughout the boat
Navigational Aids:
Raytheon radar 1603,  MLR GPS 02L,  Navico Corus log, depth, wind speed 360 degrees, wind close haul/running,  VMG compass, (multi repeater at chart table)  Navico autopilot,  Icom VHF with cockpit repeater,  Seafarer spare depth, 
Engines and Tankage:
Volvo MD3B 36hp diesel.  2 x 97 amp hour batteries. Engine extractor fan.   12v/50 amp automatic battery charger.  Wired for 240v shore power with outlets in galley & saloon.  30 gallons diesel and 40 gallons fresh water.  Hot water from gas water heater.  Hydraulic wheel steering
Sails and Spars:
Alloy mast and mizzen with alloy booms and stainless steel standing rigging. Mainsail with slab or roller reefing, No1 and No2 jib,  new furling headsail with UV strip, mizzen,  new sail covers.
Equipment:
SL Seawolf 12v electric windlass,  Danforth anchor with 60m galvanised chain,  2 horseshoe lifebuoys 1 with strobe light,  Dan buoy,  guardrails with gates at transom and stbd side,  bathing ladder,  davits (not mounted),  fire extinguishers,  2 manual and 1 auto electric bilge pumps,  4 speaker stereo radio cassette, various warps and fenders, saloon vent fan, 
Remarks:
These boats were primarily built for the American market, designed by Bill Tripp.  She is an unbeatable live-aboard design for her 35 feet and would make an extremely comfortable home.  Owner now retiring from sailing. Hull epoxied professionally late summer 2007. Nearest cheap airport... La Rochelle.
