Construction:
The engine has been serviced and maintained by her present owner. Two new deep cycle batteries were fitted in 2006. The fuel tank was removed and totally cleaned out in 2001and has since been treated with anti fungal agent.
The boat is very clean and tidy and has been cruised locally by current owner and family.
Complete epoxy treatment in 2003.

Remarks:
The yacht has previously undergone considerable internal refurbishment. This includes a redesigned dining table arrangement. The dining table, chart table and cokcpit table all have inlaid vaneers with a nautical flavour and skilfully worked. Much of the interior has been repanelled, all to a very high standard.

This yacht is a fine example for her age and is ready to sail. Full osmosis treatment will be carried out by the end of 2006.
