GRP hull, deck and superstructure.
Teak decking to aft cockpit, as well as the fly-bridge stairs and fly-bridge deck.
Swim platform with integrated bathing ladder.

The F37 is Category B for the purposes of the RCD.

Accommodation:
6 berths across 3 cabins, comprising: a large forward master cabin; a twin cabin, which converts to a double; and a U-shaped saloon settee which also converts to a double.
Carpet and curtains throughout.

Galley consists of a 3-burner Techimpex gas cooker and separate oven with grill; sink; and fridge. There is a second fridge in the saloon.

The heads comprises a separate WC and shower. The marine toilet has an electric flush. Pressurised hot and cold water system.

A large lazarette is incorporated under the aft cockpit.

Navigational Aids:
2 x Compasses.
Raymarine ST60 speed/log; depth sounder; and Tridata (on fly-bridge).
Raymarine RL70C radar/chart-plotter, with repeater to fly-bridge.
VHF radio, with twin handsets (Shipmate RS8400).

Engines and Tankage:
2 x Volvo-Penta KAMD 44P-C (260hp) 6-cylinder diesel engines, with shaft driven 3-blade props. The engines are electronically controlled by Volvo’s EDC (Electronic Diesel Control) system. Engine hours are approx. 531 hours. A full service history for the engines is available.
Fuel tanks: 2 x 500 litres
Water tank: 1 x 390 litres.
Holding tank: 1 x 115 litres.
Grey water tank: 1 x 84 litres.

12 volt electrical system, comprising [4 x 95Ah] batteries.
240 volt shore power and ring main. Battery charger and ZincSav II (Cathodic protection device).

Blaupunkt stereo system (CD/radio), with two speakers in saloon and two speakers on the fly-bridge.
Cockpit enclosure in blue. Cover to flybridge.
Windscreen wipers.
Freshwater shower and swim ladder on the swim platform.
Boathook. Warps and fenders.

Inflatable dinghy (Excel SD260) and Mercury 3.5 hp outboard also included. The tender sits on a special chock on the swim platform.

Remarks:
“Summer Toy” is an excellent and well-maintained example of the popular and capable F37 fly-bridge cruiser. Shaft driven propulsion for superior handling and excellent sea keeping. Social twin helm positions – lower and upper. The accommodation includes a large forward master cabin, a twin cabin that converts into a double bed and a U-shaped saloon settee that converts to a double berth. Separate WC and shower.
