Construction:
Blue GRP Hull, Osmosis treated 1998. Light blue decks & white superstructure. Teak toe rails. Tiller stearing to long keel hung rudder.
Accommodation:
4 Berths in two cabins, double forecabin, 2 single berths in saloon. Pressurised hotwater system, shore power immersion heater and engine calorifier.
Navigational Aids:
Dateline wind, speed, depth, plastimo compass. Yeoman chart plotter. Navtex.
Engines and Tankage:
Watermota Sea Panther in line 4 cyl direct injection 35hp. Professionally rebuilt by Stephenson Marine in 1997. 3 bladed prop. Stainless Steel fuel tank. Two domestic batteries plus engine battery.
Sails and Spars:
Gold anodised under silver topcoat alloy Proctor mast & Seldon boom. Mainsail with slab reefing, furling Genoa & Spinnaker. Lewmar primary winches (x2); halyard winches on mast.
Equipment:
Blue sprayhood with all over cosy cockpit cover attachment. Anchor windlass (manual) with plough anchor & 40 metres of chain plus danforth kedge anchor. Fenders, warps, Dan Buoy & life bouys, dodgers, cockpit cushions, fire extinguishers and fire blanket.
Remarks:
A pretty boat with classic lines, the Nicholson 32 is renown for solid construction and seaworthiness. Comprehensive equipment documentation including a 2004 survey report kept on board available for inspection. Owner has loved her for the last couple of years, but looking to move up to something bigger. Definately worth viewing!
