Accommodation:
Accommodation is provided for 6 berths across two cabins. Aft to starboard is an open double berth, the raised forepeak offers a snug double, whilst two single bunks are located in the main saloon either side of the table.

The heads are located to port and comprise of a sea toilet, small wash hand basin wet locker and mirror.

The galley is located midships to starboard and comprises of a gimballed stove with grill, cool box, stainless steel sink, and manual fresh water hand pump.

Navigational Aids:
Navigation lights, Bulkhead Suunto compass, Brookes & Gatehouse Quad system incorporating Compass, Echo, Log, Speedo.

Engines and Tankage:
Yanmar 1GM 10hp Diesel, shaft driven with folding propeller.

5 gallon fuel tank. c. 100 litre water tank.

Sails and Spars:
Fractional rigged sloop with aluminium alloy mast & spars, Slab reefed main sail, Spinnaker pole, Radial spinnaker, Mylar main sail with 2 reefs (new 2004), spare original main sail (1998), Mylar Genoa (new 2002), Spare original Genoa (1998), No3 Jib, and Storm Jib. Unused self tacking jib & fitments included.

Equipment:
Fenders, Warps, Boat hook, Boarding ladder, Pushpit, Pulpit, Anchor & chain, x1 Battery, Alternator, Bilge pump and Metal cradle. Danforth Anchor & 25 mtrs chain.

Remarks:
Designed by David Thomas, this Hunter Ranger 245 is well appointed and unique by being one of only a handful ever launched with a fin keel, offering a good pointing advantage. "Kandy" has had one owner from new and has been professionally maintained to a high standard. It is of particular note that she has been "dry berthed" throughout her life, being ashore on her cradle at all times when not in use. The hull is therefore in very close to original condition. Currently ashore on Hayling Island and available for immediate inspection through Network Yacht Brokers.
