Remarks:
Mistress has had three previous owners, I learnt to sail in her and have renewed most items apart from windows and cockpit drains – all seacocks have been replaced – some with ball valves. My cruising areas have been the Channel and Northern France and have found Mistress comfortable with high freeboard with little weather on the cockpit. New engine, stern gear, bearings shaft propeller, filters etc., professionally fitted 1998, engine efficient, powerful and economic. I have looked after the engine and gear myself and it runs perfectly! Sails laundered & maintained by Kemp. Mast unstepped for mast to be rewired, new deck light, new echomax radar reflector and new tri-colour mast head light fitted ’07 .Reluctant reason for sale : Grandchildren now of size and number when larger boat required - Mistress has not been used since 2006 season as new boat acquired March ’07.
